I started my education career as an environmetal educator with the University of North Texas working at the Elm Fork Education Center. I taught with Elm Fork for 4 years before relocating to Rockport in 2017. I still teach at UNT during the summer.
I graduated from the University of North Texas in 2015 with a Bachelors of Science in Interdisciplinary Studies: Biology, Psychology, and Developmental Family Studies. I started my Masters in June 2015.
I live in Rockport with my husband, our son, and our 2 dogs.
My mission is to raise students' awareness of their surrounding world and the need for conservation through the life sciences.
Hiking, Biking, Birding, Reading
Students need a pen or pencil daily. I will provide a spiral notebook for each student on the first day. Spirals are to be brought to class every day. If you are artsy you might want to bring your own colored pencils or pens but I do have a class set.
