Newsletters are given every Monday with current happenings and important information.  Please discuss with your child about what's going on in their daily life at school.

Homework and due dates for the week are listed on the newsletter.  If there is ever NO homework, you will see this information on the newsletter or your child will receive a homework pass signed by myself.

For my class, homework is typically due on Wednesdays and/or Fridays.

About Me

Ahhh sweet summertime... I love the warm (actually hot), sunny days, relaxation on the water, and starlit evenings that summer provides.  However, there's nothing like starting a fresh, new school year!  I love seeing my previous students continue on their journey while greeting new faces and learning all about who they are!  I truly care about my each of my students and their education. I am excited about what the 2018-2019 school year will bring; it's going to be a good one!

With that said, let me allow you to get to know me a little...

I grew up as a Rockport Pirate, and I love that I teach here in Pirate Country! After graduating from RFHS, I began college at Del Mar which is where I attained my associate degree in Early Childhood.  I moved around a bit and graduated with my bachelor degree from Eastern Oregon University. During that time, and since then, I have taught pre-k through 4th grade in a variety of settings from private to charter schools. This is my fifth year at Fulton Learning Center and it certainly feels like home.  I appreciate each opportunity to work with and learn from such awesome staff and students!

During my free time I enjoy being outside as much as possible! I love being in the sunshine whether I'm lounging at the pool, catching big fish, or cruising around on my paddleboard! I also enjoy spending time with my husband, Labrador, friends and family. Some of my family lives here in Rockport and some further away.  I cherish the times we can break away from busy schedules and all be together.
